The Youth Emerging Cricket Centers (YECC) mark the next phase of BCV’s youth strategy, building on the YEC program to develop young cricket talent across Bavaria.

Aligned with the Weiß-Blaue Sport Vision 2040 , and a potential Olympic bid for 2040 , YECC positions cricket as a key part of Bavaria’s sporting future — with a clear focus on participation, performance, and Olympic potential.

From YEC to YECC: Expanding Our Impact

The YECC program represents the next step forward in our commitment to youth cricket. While the YEC program helped initiate and support youth programs at select clubs, YECC aims to broaden access and reach more regions by easing eligibility requirements and offering greater flexibility.
Our goal is to ensure more clubs can benefit from structured support while increasing the presence of youth cricket across Bavaria.

What Is YECC?

YECC is designed to empower cricket clubs to start, sustain, and grow youth cricket programs through targeted support in the form of:

Die Youth Emerging Cricket Centers (YECC) sind die nächste Stufe der Jugendstrategie des BCV und bauen auf dem YEC-Programm auf, um Crickettalente in ganz Bayern zu fördern.
